SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

ARE THERE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Shipments are Monday-Friday during business hours (9:00 AM CT - 5:00 PM CT).

Once an order is placed, the order is sent directly to our fulfillment warehouse. If you need to make any changes, such as you to your shipping address, you must make them as soon as possible using your order confirmation email before the order is fulfilled by our warehouse (when you receive a tracking number/shipping confirmation email). Once the order has been marked as fulfilled and ready to ship by our warehouse, there is nothing else we can do to change your address.
All orders are final and nonrefundable. Once an order has shipped, please contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) with any questions regarding your package.

We offer free Standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping only on United States orders over $40 USD that choose standard shipping at checkout

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once your order is placed, we will be unable to modify shipping arrangements. You will need to use your tracking number and coordinate with USPS to change your shipping methods. The Bottom's Digest is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after the order has been shipped. Please contact USPS for package inquiries and questions. 

Expedited Shipping

We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express for a fee. Rates/fees are calculated at checkout via the USPS.

If you select an expedited shipping option, please ensure you read about our shipping restrictions below to understand our shipment days.
