REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can't accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. It's a firm stance – anything designed to get up close and personal with body parts or fluids is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once those goodies leave our warehouse, they're considered used and can't come back to the party. Now, what if your item decides to be a bit quirky? If it's defective, no worries! Just shoot us a message at hello@thebottomsdigest.com with your order number, and we'll work to sort things out for you.
Defective means missing parts, refusing to charge, and a damaged external shell. Customers are unable to modify or cancel an order once the checkout process has been completed. Orders and shipping methods are processed on Tuesday and Thursdays of each week for the speediest delivery to our awesome customers.
