Green Dream Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 mini cucumber, ends removed
  • 1/2 C spinach leaves
  • 1/2 C kale leaves
  • 1/2 medium granny smith apple, core and stem removed
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 serving psyllium husk powder (brand serving size varies) 
  • 1 C ice cubes

Green Dream Smoothie Directions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if the blender needs a little encouragement. Bottoms up!
