Cherry Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 C frozen cherries
- 1/4 C frozen blueberries
- 1/4 C frozen raspberries
- 1 serving psyllium husk powder (each brand varies)
- 1/2 medium banana, peeled
- 1/4 C kale leaves, stems removed
- 1/2 pack frozen dragon fruit
- 1/2 tbsp agave, maple syrup, or honey
- 1/4 C ice cubes
💡 Frozen dragon fruit can be substituted with frozen acai berry packs!
Cherry Smoothie Directions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if the blender needs a little encouragement. Bottoms up!
