💡 Greasy food can be a real b*tch when you're trying to eat things that agree with your gut. These air fried chicken wings do not use any additional oil and you would never even know the difference. 

Air Fried Chicken Wings Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken wings with drumettes (or however much you wanna make!)
  • Mild buffalo sauce or regular buffalo sauce if you're not sensitive to spicy food
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley, chopped, for tossing/garnish

💡 If you're sensitive to spicy food, use a mild buffalo sauce like in this recipe, but the sky is the limit! The wings can be coated in whatever your heart desires.

Air Fried Chicken Wings Directions

Step 1

Pat the wings and drumettes with paper towels and season the chicken well with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd the basket (you will most likely need to cook the chicken in batches). Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook the wings and drumettes for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.

Step 3

Place the cooked wings in a bowl, along with the buffalo sauce and chopped parsley. Toss to coat and get ready to be gagged. They are that good. Bottoms up!
